Here's everything you need to know to enjoy your PlayStation 5 experience with confidence.
1. Unboxing & Delivery Check
Your PS5 has been delivered through one of our trusted partners. Once it arrives:
Open the package and make sure all items are included (console, power cable, controller, USB cable for controller, HDMI).
Check for any visible damage.
If something seems off or broken due to delivery, please let us know within 24 hours so we can help.
2. Using Your PS5 Safely
Keep your PS5 in a well-ventilated area and avoid contact with liquids or heat.
Do not attempt to open, repair, or modify the console in any way.
Commercial use is not allowed—this PS5 is for personal enjoyment only.
3. Account & Access
You’ll need to sign in with your own PlayStation Network account.
Oxigen does not provide accounts, but we’re happy to assist if you want help with setting up a PlayStation Plus subscription for online gaming.
4. Returning the Console
When your rental ends:
Contact us to schedule a return pickup.
We’ll arrange everything and our delivery partner will reach out to collect it.
Beforehand, please:
Pack all original parts back into the box.
Make sure everything is securely packed and ready for handoff.
