Here’s everything you need to know to enjoy your Meta Quest 3S experience to the fullest.
1. Unboxing & Delivery Check
Your Meta Quest 3S has been delivered through one of our trusted partners. Once it arrives:
Open the package and ensure all items are included (Meta Quest 3S Headset, Touch 2x Plus Controllers, 2×AA Batteries (for controllers), charging cable, USB-C cable).
Check for any visible damage.
If anything seems missing or broken due to delivery, please let us know within 24 hours—we’ll take care of it.
2. Using Your Meta Quest 3S Safely
Use the headset in a safe, open area free from obstacles.
Keep it away from heat, liquids, and direct sunlight (especially the lenses).
Do not attempt to disassemble, modify, or repair the device.
Avoid prolonged sessions—take regular breaks for comfort and health.
Use only the included charger
3. Account & Setup
A Meta (Facebook/Meta) account is required to use the headset.
If you don’t have one, the setup process will guide you through creating it.
The headset connects to Wi-Fi during setup—ensure your network is available.
You can download apps, games, and experiences directly from the Meta Quest Store.
4. Returning the Device
When your rental ends:
Reach out to us to schedule a return pickup.
We’ll organize everything, and our delivery partner will handle the collection. Beforehand, please:
Pack all items (headset, controllers, charger, cables, manual) into the original box.
Ensure everything is secure and clean.
Turn off and factory reset the headset if you can—otherwise, we’ll handle it.
