1. Unboxing & Delivery Check
Your monitor has been delivered through one of our trusted partners. Once it arrives:
Open the box and make sure all items are included (monitor, power cable, HDMI).
Check for any visible damage.
If anything looks broken or missing due to delivery, contact us within 24 hours so we can help.
2. Using Your Monitor Safely
Place the monitor on a stable, flat surface.
Keep away from liquids, heat, and direct sunlight.
Please don’t disassemble, repair, or modify the device.
Commercial use is not allowed—this screen is for personal or office use only.
3. Account & Setup

Contact us to schedule a return pickup.
