Here’s everything you need to get started with your Xiaomi G27i.
1. Unboxing & Delivery Check
Your monitor was delivered through one of our trusted partners. When it arrives:
Open the box and check for all included items (monitor, power cable, HDMI cable).
Inspect for any visible damage.
If you notice anything missing or damaged due to delivery, let us know within 24 hours so we can assist.
2. Using Your Monitor Safely
Place the monitor on a stable surface and keep it away from liquids or heat sources.
Do not attempt to open, fix, or modify the monitor yourself.
This product is for personal use only and should not be used for public or commercial installations.
3. Setup & Compatibility
The G27i comes with HDMI and DisplayPort options—just plug it into your device and you’re good to go.
It’s compatible with most modern operating systems (Windows, macOS, etc.).

4. Returning the Monitor
When your rental period ends:
Contact us to schedule a return pickup.
We’ll arrange everything and our delivery partner will reach out to collect it.
Beforehand, please:
Pack all original parts back into the box.
Make sure everything is securely packed and ready for handoff.
