1. Unboxing & Delivery Check
Your controller has arrived via one of our trusted delivery partners. Once you receive the package:
Unbox the controller and check that all parts are included (2 PS5 controllers, PS5 Dock Station, USB-C cable).
Inspect for any visible damage or issues from delivery.
If anything seems off or is missing, please let us know within 24 hours.
2. Using Your Controller
Avoid dropping, opening, or attempting to repair the controller.
Keep away from liquids, extreme temperatures, or direct sunlight.
For personal use only—commercial or shared/public space use is not allowed.
3. Setup & Features
Pair with your own PlayStation 5 console using the USB cable (first-time setup).
Use the built-in microphone or connect a headset via the 3.5mm jack for communication.
Explore adaptive triggers and haptic feedback in supported games.
Capture moments using the Create button to take screenshots or video clips.
4. Returning the Controller
When your rental ends:
Contact us to schedule a return pickup.
We’ll arrange everything and our delivery partner will reach out to collect it.
Beforehand, please:
Pack all original parts back into the box.
Make sure everything is securely packed and ready for handoff.
