Q: What happens if the item breaks or is damaged?

If your item breaks due to accidental damage, Oxigen Care will cover 90% of the repair or replacement cost. You’ll only be responsible for the remaining 10%. If the issue is caused by normal wear and tear or a manufacturing defect, we’ll take care of it entirely. Add Oxigen Care at checkout for peace of mind and worry-free rentals.

Q: How long can I rent for?

Choose how long you want to rent: 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months. You’ll be billed at the start of each period. The longer the rental, the lower your monthly cost. You can switch to a longer rental plan anytime to save more. A 7-day rental will automatically convert to a 1-month plan if not returned. Longer plans extend by one month at the agreed rate.

Q: What is the condition of the equipment?

All gear is new or in like-new condition. We personally inspect and test every item to ensure it works perfectly and looks great. Everything is cleaned and disinfected before delivery. You may notice minor signs of use, such as small scratches, but nothing that affects performance.

Important Service Update

We’d like to inform our customers that from September 20 to September 28 we will not be able to provide delivery or pickup services.
This is a short pause, and starting September 29 everything will be back to normal.

Orders placed during this period will be processed once normal operations resume on September 29, 2025.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and truly appreciate your understanding. If you’re planning a delivery or return, please make sure to arrange it before or after these dates.
